Not to be trusted. I ordered 11th of December and have not received anything. I have contacted the shop. No reply and no information whatsoever.

The customer service is EXCELLENT! I love this travel mug for coffee. It's a perfect size to fit compact/travel coffee makers (I use Horavie) and fit in my purse or my everywhere-bag without the fear of leaking (be sure to tighten lid COMPLETELY.) I've used it many time for a functional mocktail/cocktail shaker. The drinking opening in the lid holds the ice back when pouring and the tightened lid prevents leaks when shaking. The stainless steel promotes the chilling and I can use it as a non-breakable tumbler for poolside.

Well made and very pleased that it is secure when lid is on and doesn’t leak. Keeps my coffee pretty hot for a good while. It also keeps my cold drinks very cold for a few hours. I love the green color and how attractive it is overall.
